Gabriela created my fairy tale wedding cake and turned it into reality with amazing sugar flowers which looked like the real Lily of the Valley flowers (which you cannot get fresh in Australia in December). The cake was delicious and moist and my guests absolutely enjoyed it. I look forward to ordering more cakes from Gabriela in the years to come and keeping my sugar flowers as a memory of the best day of my life. Thank you, your rock!!

Our gorgeous wedding cake was made by the wonderful Gabriella. Not only did it have the most delicious flavours of hazelnut and tiramisu in alternating tiers, she went beyond our expectations of what we pictured our cake to be like. She added the vines to keep to our theme and added cute butterflies - we didn't even ask for these extras. She just remembered my ex fiancé mentioning that I liked vines and butterflies. This was so unexpected but she was so kind to do more than what we hoped for. Amazing!!! Please follow her page and order for your next special event. My sister, my daughter & myself wanted to give our Uncle Laurie a special gift to celebrate his 105th birthday with a decorated birthday cake that would mark this wonderful milestone in his life. At short notice, Gabriella was able to create a magnificent cake that not only depicted special aspects of my Uncle's life but it also tasted amazing!!! She was very accommodating of our wishes & it was her idea that the cake should tell a story of my Uncle's life eg he is the 3rd oldest World War 2 Veteran in Australia, the three loves of his life were: our beautiful Aunty Nell, their three dogs and fishing. We were impressed with Gabriella's genuine interest & passion to design & create a cake especially for our Uncle Laurie. He loved the cake and his face lit up as we were pointing out various scenes and items illustrated around the cake. It was one of the highlights of his birthday & we all enjoyed sharing & eating his birthday cake with him! So a big Thank You Gabriella for helping to make Uncle Laurie's 105th Birthday special & memorable.

Tried some beautiful cakes fromSweet Passion Saturday at the ArtShine gallery in Chippendale and they were Devine. Pistachios cake with a raspberry butter icing was to die for. Red velvet cake with lemon butter icing was amazing.
Can't wait to try some more.
