A master of her craft, Gabriella has been trained in the art of pastry making, spending time at prestigious patisseries and at the famous Gregoire Ferrandi School in Paris. She has created signature desserts and sweets in the kitchens of five star hotels and worked at Lindt & Sprüngli chocolate company in Sydney, as a Senior Pastry Chef for just over 6 years.
