Our Story

Sweet Passion was established in 2009 by Gabriella Dobozy. A qualified pastry and commercial cookery chef, Gabriella spent years making, observing and found that so many of Sydney’s bespoke producers made beautiful looking cakes that fell short when it came to flavour. With the motto that a truly memorable cake tastes as good as it looks, Gabriella opened the Sweet Passion studio and began creating customised cakes for Weddings, Birthdays, functions and other occasions, delivering to the Greater Sydney area 7 days a week. A custom crafted cake from Sweet Passion is sure to turn your next special occasion into magical, memorable and inspired celebration.

In September 2017, the first Sweet Passion Cakes Patisserie opened in Mascot. The patisserie serves coffee and cakes and is the perfect place to sit down and relax.
